I built Limitless Altitude for the leaders I spent thirty years working beside — the ones carrying the pressure, usually without a coach of their own.
I have spent many years leading service organizations in senior management and corporate roles, helping teams through growth, change, performance management, and operational challenges. I understand the reality leaders face every day — specifically, the pressure to deliver results — because I am deeply invested in the people I work with.
Organizations have described me as warm, engaging, and practical, and I am known for creating environments where people are challenged to think differently and motivated to act. My background as an educator, researcher, trainer, and Servant Leader enables me to build client trust quickly and provide a strong foundation of knowledge, by aligning people, processes, leadership, and strategies to sustain lasting organizational improvements.
Get clear on where the organization is going, what “good” looks like, and which few moves actually get you there.
Translate that direction into behaviour on the floor — the habits, standards and conversations that move productivity.
Build the internal bench and culture that hold the gains long after the engagement ends.
Elite athletes have a coach in their corner for every season of their career. Leaders rarely do. They get promoted for being good at the job, then are expected to know how to carry a team, hold a standard and have the hard conversation — usually with no one to work it through with.
That is the gap I work in. I come into an organization that is growing, struggling, or simply changing faster than its leadership bench can keep up, and I work with the people responsible for the outcome. Sometimes that is a group of ten supervisors developing together. Often it is also one or two of them who are ready for something more and get coached individually alongside the group work.
Everything I teach has been used in a real operation under real pressure. If it would not survive a Monday morning, it does not belong in the room.
I am not there to deliver a module and leave. I am there because the people in the room have to live with the result.
Growth does not happen when things are easy. My job is to make people think differently, then give them a reason to act on it.
People, processes, leadership and strategy have to point the same direction, or the improvement goes away the month after I do.
“Find what truly motivates you; this is the essence of genuine growth, and we don’t grow when things are easy, we grow when we face challenges”.
