Most companies cut the training budget years ago, then promoted people anyway. We are the function that fills the gap — brought in for a defined piece of work, embedded while it matters, and measured on whether anything actually changed.
Most development work asks you to choose: train the group, or coach the individual. We do both in the same engagement. If we are developing ten supervisors together, the two or three ready for more are coached individually alongside the group sessions — at no additional engagement.
That matters because the people who most need individual coaching are usually sitting inside the group program already, and asking a client to buy a second engagement to reach them is how good people get missed.
Step | Stage | What happens |
1 | Needs Analysis | A structured conversation and assessment of the current state. Complimentary, no obligation. |
2 | Scope & Proposal | An agreed piece of work with defined outcomes, timeline and measures of success. |
3 | Delivery | Group development and individual coaching, run on site or remotely around your operation. |
4 | Embedding | We stay through the period where new behaviour either holds or slips, and adjust. |
5 | Review | An honest read on what changed, what did not, and what the organization should do next. |
That is what the needs analysis is for. Tell us what is happening and we will tell you where to start — even if the answer is that you do not need us yet.
